Mission Nepal: The Ezra Mandate
“For Ezra had prepared his heart to seek the Law of the Lord, and to do it, and to teach statutes and ordinances in Israel.” — Ezra 7:10
The Divine Summons
In January 2026, within a sanctuary in Northern Alberta, a clear call shifted the course of a life. As Yubaraj Lama Sintan stood at the altar, the Lord spoke: “Son, I am calling you to go for Me to your home nation of Nepal.” This mission is not built on human ambition, but on the "grace-filled hand of God" and a mandate to see a nation transformed.
The Scriptural Foundation
Our work is anchored in two transformative truths:
Sacrificial Persistence: Following the example of the Apostle Paul, we believe life finds its highest value in finishing the race and the ministry of testifying to the gospel of God’s grace (Acts 20:24).
The Reign of Grace: We declare that through Jesus the Messiah, those who receive the gift of righteousness will no longer be ruled by death, but will rule in life (Romans 5:17).
The Ezra Model: A Three-Fold Commitment
The Lord has specifically commissioned this mission after the pattern of the Prophet Ezra. We are committed to:
To Seek: Setting our hearts to deeply understand and study the Word of the Lord.
To Obey: Living out the truths of the Kingdom as a living testimony in daily life.
To Teach: Re-establishing God’s statutes and judgments throughout Nepal, empowering the local church to stand firm in truth.
The Field: Marengkot and Beyond
Nepal is a land of breathtaking beauty and profound spiritual need. As Yubaraj returns to his roots, specifically to his birthplace of Marengkot, he goes to:
Strengthen the indigenous church-planting movement.
Equip local leaders with biblical sound doctrine.
Restore the spiritual foundation of communities through the power of the Gospel.
