2 Corinthians 9:7 BSB says “Each one should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not out of regret or compulsion. For God loves a cheerful giver.”
In the Kingdom of God, giving is a joyfilled expression of a full heart of gratitude and reverence for God. Tithes and Offerings are biblical principles that may be activated by His sons and daughters for their blessing and reward.
We believe generosity is a form of worship. We love to display our gratitude and devotion to God through tithes and offerings from the blessings God has placed in our hands.
Jesus modelled a lifestyle displaying that, "my life is not my own!" We believe that everything that we have comes from God. We cheerfully sow into His Kingdom, with overflowing hearts of gratitude for everything He has blessed us with.
As a community we practice the principles of First Fruits Giving, The Principle of the Tithe and Free Will Offerings. In the practice of the Acts church each component of giving was for a specific purpose which all worked together to advance the kingdom of God financially in taking the gospel to the nations.
